What time can we check in/out?

Our check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. If you're arriving early or need a little more time to pack up, just have a chat with our friendly team — we’ll do our best to help.

Can I bring my pet?

Absolutely. We encourage you to bring your pets! We’ve got plenty of space for them to sniff, explore and stretch their legs. Just give us a heads-up when booking so we can make sure you’re on a pet-friendly site or cabin.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

We’re in the tropics, so open fires aren’t permitted here. But don’t worry — we’ve got BBQ facilities ready to go. So you can still enjoy a snag or two under the stars, minus the smoke.

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer. long term accommodation?

Yes, we do. A few of our cabins are set aside for long-term stays, depending on availability. If you're planning a longer visit, just reach out to our team and we’ll walk you through the options.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

We want to be upfront — our Cairns park is set across multiple levels, which makes accessibility a little tricky in some areas. While we’ll always do our best to assist, this location may not be ideal for guests with mobility needs. Please give us a call so we can talk through your requirements.

 Can I book as a group?

Of course. Whether it’s a family catch-up, a school holiday crew, or a group of road-tripping mates, we’d love to host you. Give us a call or drop us a line and we’ll help tailor a setup that works for everyone.

Can I bring my e-scooter to the park?

For everyone’s safety, the use of e-scooters, e-skateboards, e-bikes, hoverboards, children’s battery-powered ride-on toys (e.g., toy cars, jeeps), or similar battery-powered recreational devices are not permitted for use, within our park.
