What time can we check in/out?

Check-in from 2pm and check-out by 10am - time for sunsets when you arrive, and one last cuppa before you go.

Can I bring my pet?

We love welcoming furry friends on selected sites.

A few important things to keep in mind:

Pets aren’t permitted in cabins at any time.
Pets can’t stay during school holiday periods, including:
- 3–19 April
- 4–19 July
- 26 September–11 October
- 22 December–9 January 2027

While staying with us, pets must:

Be on a lead at all times
Not be left unattended on sites
Be cleaned up after straight away

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

No campfires here - we’re in the heart of a national park - but you’ll find free gas BBQs dotted through the park, perfect for sizzling up a feast without the flames.

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Plans change - we get it. Just get in touch with our reception team and they’ll walk you through the options. If you’re arriving outside of check-in times, give us a call beforehand so we can arrange the easiest way for you to access the park and your site or accommodation.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

We keep it simple - no annual sites, cabins or long-term stays here. Kalbarri is all about holidays, not forever homes.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

Kalbarri Holiday Park offers wheelchair accessible ensuites and flat grounds, making it easier for everyone to enjoy their stay.

Can I book as a group?

Absolutely. Just give our friendly reception team a call and we’ll help sort your group booking, nice and easy.

Can I bring my e-scooter to the park?

For everyone’s safety, the use of e-scooters, e-skateboards, e-bikes, hoverboards, children’s battery-powered ride-on toys (e.g., toy cars, jeeps), or similar battery-powered recreational devices are not permitted for use, within our park.
