What time can we check in/out?

Check-in is from 12pm for sites and 2pm for accommodation. Check-out is 10am - enough time for a cuppa before hitting the road.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, furry friends are welcome on our grassed sites - just not during school holidays or long weekends. Cabins stay pet-free, but there’s still plenty of space to roam.

Pets must be kept on a lead at all times, unless secured behind a fence on your caravan site, and owners must clean up after them. Pets are not permitted in the pool or playground areas, camp kitchens, ablution blocks, recreation rooms, or inside any buildings.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

No open fires or firepits here. But we’ve got BBQs ready to go, and you’re welcome to bring along your own gas BBQ for that sizzle.

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Plans change - we get it. Just get in touch with our reception team and they’ll walk you through the options. If you’re arriving outside of check-in times, give us a call beforehand so we can arrange the easiest way for you to access the park and your site or accommodation.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

We keep it simple - no annual sites, cabins or long-term stays here. Ledge Point is all about holidays, not forever homes.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

Yes. We have accessible showers and toilets in the park, plus an access-friendly chalet that sleeps up to six people - so you can holiday together with ease.

Can I book as a group?

Absolutely. Just give our friendly reception team a call and we’ll help sort your group booking, nice and easy.

Can I bring my e-scooter to the park?

For everyone’s safety, the use of e-scooters, e-skateboards, e-bikes, hoverboards, children’s battery-powered ride-on toys (e.g., toy cars, jeeps), or similar battery-powered recreational devices are not permitted for use, within our park.
