What time can we check in/out?

Check-in is from 2pm for cabins and sites. Check-out time is 10am. If you’re arriving late, just give us a call and we’ll talk you through what to do. Easy.

Can I bring my pet?

Absolutely. We have pet-friendly cabins, and all sites welcome your furry companions. Kindly be aware that pets are not allowed during NSW school holidays.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

Campfires aren’t permitted at this park. But you’ll still find BBQ facilities available, perfect for a classic Aussie cook-up after a big day out.

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Our team can walk you through the details depending on your booking type. We’re always happy to help if plans change. Just give us a call or check your confirmation email for specifics.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

At the moment we don’t offer annual or long-term stays at Nambucca Heads. But if you’re looking to come back again soon, we’ll always try to help you find the perfect spot.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

We have an accessible cabin in the park. If you or someone in your group has specific needs, give us a call and we’ll make sure everything is set up to make your stay comfortable.

 Can I book as a group?

Yes you can. Whether you’re travelling with family, friends or a club, we’re happy to help with group bookings. Just contact the office and we’ll help get everything sorted.

Can I bring my e-scooter to the park?

For everyone’s safety, the use of e-scooters, e-skateboards, e-bikes, hoverboards, children’s battery-powered ride-on toys (e.g., toy cars, jeeps), or similar battery-powered recreational devices are not permitted for use, within our park.
