And now, Tasman Holiday Parks – Bright is turning up the real with a brand-new chapter designed to make your stay even more relaxed, social, and unforgettable.

From a luxurious new spa precinct to an outdoor cinema and rock-climbing wall, we’re reimagining the park with spaces that bring people together and give you even more ways to soak up those beautiful Bright moments.

All of this will be ready to welcome guests from Autumn 2026, just in time for the crisp mountain mornings and cosy evenings we all love up here.

A spa precinct made for slow days

It’s official: Bright’s getting its very own premium spa precinct. Think communal pool days, bubbling hot tubs, steamy saunas, and a whole new level of laid-back luxury.

The precinct will feature a communal heated pool, two private hot tubs, two four-person traditional saunas, and an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after your soak. Set amongst lush landscaping and framed by native plants, this new retreat is the kind of place you’ll want to lose an afternoon (or three).

Whether you’re slipping into the sauna after a chilly alpine adventure or sharing sunset drinks by the pool, this is the ultimate way to unwind, Tasman-style.

The new entry experience

You only get one first impression, so we’re giving Bright’s entrance the glow-up it deserves.

Our new stone entry statement will greet guests with natural textures, warm tones, and a sense of arrival that feels distinctly Tasman. A dry-stacked stone feature wall, elegant signage, and carefully curated landscaping of native grasses and hedges will set the tone from the moment you roll in.

It’s all about capturing that feeling of being welcomed somewhere special, before you’ve even checked in.

Coffee, community & native blooms

We’re also giving our coffee lovers a new favourite spot. The Snow Gum Coffee Van will soon have a fresh home on Mountbatten Avenue, complete with a beautifully landscaped seating area surrounded by native gardens and soft shade trees.

Picture this: a perfectly brewed flat white in hand, the smell of eucalyptus in the air, and a peaceful nook to start your day right. Whether you’re fuelling up for a hike or just enjoying the morning light, it’s the kind of place that feels made for Bright’s relaxed rhythm.

Adventure awaits: new rock-climbing playground

Get ready to climb, scramble, and play under the alpine sky. We’re creating an undercover outdoor climbing wall tucked beneath the Sky Deck, perfect for kids (and adults) who like a little adventure with their holidays.

It’s designed for all skill levels, part playground, part challenge, and completely weather-proof so the fun can keep rolling, rain or shine. The design draws inspiration from Bright’s surrounding cliffs and trails, giving guests a taste of that High Country energy without leaving the park.

Snow Gum Summit

When the sun dips and the air cools, the Snow Gum Summit deck will be the park’s new social hub.

We’re building a communal stone-clad fire pit, perfect for toasting marshmallows, swapping travel stories, or just soaking up the mountain night air. Alongside it, a new outdoor dining area will make al fresco dinners easy and inviting, framed by festoon lighting and native greenery.

And here’s the cherry on top: we’re adding an outdoor TV for movie nights under the stars or catching the big game with friends. Grab a beanbag, throw on a jumper, and settle in, it’s the kind of easy, open-air fun that makes holidays feel timeless.
