    • Get creative this summer with our Summer Colouring Pads! Kids of all ages can enjoy hours of fun filling in bright and cheerful designs. Colouring pads are available all day for collection at Reception, but please bring your own crayons, markers, or coloured pencils as we do not provide colours.
    • No registration is required.
  • Movie + Popcorn Night
    • Settle in for a cosy family movie night every Saturday at Tasman Holiday Park Waihi Beach, with popcorn ready to enjoy. Movie details will be shared on the day. Bring a blanket, gather the family, and enjoy an easy, fun night together.
  • Pizza Oven Night
    • Join us every Saturday evening for our hands-on Pizza Oven Night! Guests are invited to bring their own homemade pizzas and enjoy the fun of cooking them in our wood-fired pizza oven.
  • Paper plane making & comp!
    • Time: 11:00 AM // Location: Announced on the day
    • Fold, create, and compete in our Paper Plane Making & Competition! Kids and families can build their own paper planes using the materials provided, then put their creations to the test in a friendly competition to see whose plane flies the furthest.
    • No registration required—just come along, get creative, and enjoy the fun. The exact location will be announced on the day.
  • Riddle Day!
    • Test your brainpower on Riddle Day! Fun riddles will be posted on the notice board for all ages to solve. Challenge yourself, your friends, or your family, and enjoy a morning full of clever thinking and laughs.
    • Date: Saturday, 6th January from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
  • Kids’ Flea Market
    • Bring the whole family and let your young guests become mini marketeers! Kids can sell or swap toys, crafts, books, or homemade creations with friends and other families.
    • Full event details and registration instructions will be sent to all guests via email.

  • Fortune teller - Tasmanout edition!
    • Blast off into fun with our Tasman Way to Play – Fortune Teller: Tasmanaut Edition! Collect your special fortune teller sheet from Reception and discover where the Tasmanauts are hiding around the park. Kids can fold their fortune tellers, solve hints, and enjoy an interactive, space-themed adventure.
    • Sheets are available for collection at reception between 10 AM and 1 PM.
  • Waihi Beach Hotel
    • For over 50 years, locals have been welcomed with open arms and always will be. Visitors can expect the same warm hospitality, whether they’re here for a drink, a meal, or live music.

What time can we check in/out?

Check-in from 2pm and check-out by 10am - time for poolside dips when you arrive, and a lazy sleep-in before you leave.

Can I bring my pet?

As much as we love furry friends, we do not allow pets at Tasman Holiday Parks Waihi Beach. 

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

No open fires are to be lit at any time. We have BBQs and a pizza oven available for guest use.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

We have annual cabins available for purchase, to see what is available head over to our website or give our reception team a call.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?
